We were established in 1947 by John Mower and situated in Duck Lane W1 between Wardour Street and Berwick Street. With the intention of being the preferred supplier of quality branded produce to high-end restaurants, hotels and other leading catering outlets within Central London.

The company was purchased from John Mower in 1974 by the current management. The name was kept as it was synonymous with good service and excellent products.

We have relocated several times throughout our history, firstly to Stoke Newington, then in 1984 to Tottenham.

In 1992, two further units were purchased.

Until when in 2005, we outgrew our premises and purchased our current unit in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

2010 onwards, we are proud to announce our ethos has never changed and we still deliver quality dry stores and ingredients to leading catering establishments.
